LL Waterfall Design (LL Innovation Inc.) is a full service waterfall design company specializing in custom projects for the high-end commercial and residential industries. The company was founded in 2003 with a strong foundation of Engineering and Quality that make it one of the leaders in waterfall design today. Its modern style utilizes and array of award winning materials, innovative ideas, CAD design, advanced maintenance systems, and a team of experienced fabricators to create some of the most unique designs in the world. LL Waterfall Design is directed by its founder and lead designer, Lee Lefebvre.

The Process
LL Waterfall Design manages the entire process from concept to installation. We work directly with interior designers, architects, contractors and builders to produce unique water features that are designed into the scope of the project. From the beginning phases, most clients will work directly with Lee Lefebvre himself to co-ordinate the design.

Design
The process of a great design starts with good communication and the right tools. Initial concepts are produced using realistic photo renderings, sketches and 3-D CAD (Computer Aided Design) modeling. Our state-of-the-art 3-D CAD modeling software allows us to design, build and install each waterfall to scale on the computer, before it is even built. From there we can produce accurate shop drawings, customer drawings and contractor drawings with ease. The result is a proven design without surprises.

Fabrication
All of our fabrication is completed by the hands of highly skilled fabricators, many with over 20 years experience. For precision cutting, we use a start-of-the-art water jet cutting machine and several computer controlled routers. For heating and forming materials, we have access to one of the largest ovens available to give us great versatility on large projects. Upon completion, each project is thoroughly inspected and tested before it leaves our facility.

Installation
LL Waterfall Design provides and manages a team of skilled laborers to install each project we produce. Whether it’s local or international, we have the experience to ensure a proper install. In fact, on most large installation projects Lee Lefebvre is on site to oversee the entire process come together.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance are a key component into a great design. Many of our projects use the newest technology in automated systems that dramatically reduce the cleaning and maintenance requirement. With each project we produce, we provide an easy to follow cleaning and maintenance manual customized to the project. Although most cleanings take only 1/2 to 1 hour every 3 to 4 months, we also provide a Cleaning Service to take care of these details should the client choose to do so.
